Usually 3rd position chrom has a lot of chord style playing but not that much single playing. This piece is 3rd position but uses the dmin6 chord to create a haunting melody supported by the bass line. A lot of the solo is played more on the changes the way a jazz player might do it.

Oh yeah I did the orchestration. Yeah I'm bragging.

You know Diggs, I usually listen to music in entirely different style than you play, but I always love your stuff. You make me want to be a more eclectic listener. :)
