*** SOLD ***

Do you guys know Doug Lohnes? He is a harp player out of Portland OR, good guy. He has a SJ 410 amp for sale for $1100 plus shipping. You can contact him on Facebook.

He bought the amp on April 24th for $1550 and does not like it. His loss is your gain if you like these amps. It is a very good price. If you do not have a Facebook account I can put him in touch with you.

Shame. I was the one who pointed Doug in the direction of the 410. He'd sent out an email on harp-L last month looking for either a Meteor or a SJ410. There were no Meteors out in the ether but I'd seen the 410 on ebay so I let him know. Ah well....to each his own.

Doug just now changed the selling price to $1200 plus shipping. Still a smokin' deal. It also has the Fender tilt-back legs, as you can see in the photo.

i never heard a sonny 4 10
some one brought a sonny one to the jam on sat
very nice sounding amp.
it held it's own for most of the proceedings

i left the jam and stopped by to see my good friend tom sitting in with the mighty mojo prophets.
he was using a sonny two, again a very nice sounding amp

i would think the 410 is the best sounding amp
out of all the sonny jr's, but then again i have never heard one
what's not to like?

having said that, would that amp be my first choice?
possibly... especially at that price.

there is a victoria bassman for sale $1400.00
someone should jump on that.
i am so tempted to sell my bassman, and buy something similar
and pocket the change. i just know i would regret doing so.
not sure why.... either of these amps could easily hold there own with a vintage bassman.
i could sell my amp buy both of those
and buy everyone here a beer...hmmm

Speaking of Bassmans....There are a few of them for sale on this page. These are some high dollar machines, but sweet jesus I bet they sound good!

CarlA, I don't think he is looking for a trade. Doug sold a Fender Bassman RI and now he wants it back.

I once had the opportunity to A/B an SJ410 and a Victoria. There were several people there - everyone agreed the SJ sounded better.

At $1200 I would scoop that amp up - that's a great amp for the $$.
