The board is once again deleting your message if you get the captcha wrong.
Just what IS the 5th letter in this? An H? a K? an X? The problem with this captcha system is ambiguous captcha images. AAAAAAAaaaaaarrrrrgggghhhhh!

Well, this is not a solution but a band-aid. Know that this board tend to consume posts if you enter a bad -- or good captcha, I just do a select and copy of my post before I enter the captcha and hit the 'post message' button. So if and when a post gets munched, I simply paste back in a repost.
Buy, yeah, ambiguous is the operative work for some of the captcha characters.
Ha! It just ate my message. Glad I copied the above before posting. Take that! Stupid captcha.

just hit the back arrow on your browser when you get the captcha fail message and your comment will re-appear. At least it does for me -- I use Chrome, not sure about other browsers.
