I'm selling a Sp. 20 custom comb made by Andrew. Nothing at all wrong with it. I like Andrew's combs a lot. I do not at all like Sp.20's however, so I have this virtually new comb for a lucky player who loves Sp. 20's.

I would like to offer a small heads-up. I will be raising my prices on tools and custom harps Friday morning (November 8th). Please contact me before then to take advantage of the current prices.
I will not be raising prices on service or combs. A decent off-the-shelf harmonica is expensive enough. I feel strongly that no one should have to spend and additional 50 per cent of that cost just to make it play well or repair one blown reed.

1950s magnatone melodier deluxe twin 8. This is the best harp maggy I've heard. My buddy Nathan James has two of these and this one kills. This amp has been through his hands. Also James harman. And Troy sandow. Monster gritty fat tone. One old big magnet alnico and one alnico weber. Amps has no hum. Works perfect. Can't afford to keep it. Call me 8652378581. $600 shipped obo.

I've got some custom built Session Steel Power Benders in (G) and (D). These have the white combs and Session Steel covers but 1847 covers are available as options. I built these for a beginner who played them briefly and decided to swap them out for Richter style. Great playing harps and I will discount them slightly.

All the harps are built with new components and Blue Moon combs. The draw plates are flat sanded. The tuning is corrected. I used to say that the tuning is “checked” but this implies that most of the reed plates are tuned properly and I’m just verifying that. Frequently, the tuning from the factory is way off. I fix that. And the gaps are adjusted so you will have a responsive harp that is by no means a custom harp but significantly better than an OOTB harp. Plus I Guarantee 100% Satisfaction.

I just listed 22 new harps on eBay last night. There are two Big Rivers, seven Cross Harps, Seven Pre-War Marine Bands, three Suzuki Manjis, two ProMasters and one Pro-Manji (Manji reed plates with ProMaster covers). You can visit my eBay store to see pictures and read about the specs. These are “Blue Moon” harps. I build harps that play significantly better than Out-of-the-Box harps but realistically speaking, they are not on a par with what you would get from a top notch customizer. They are about half the price of custom harps and you’ll have them in about week if you are in the U.S. and a little longer if you are outside the U.S. They are very solidly built. They are very attractive harps – all but one of the pre-wars has a custom Blue Moon comb. They are correctly tuned. They are air tight. And they are responsive. If you can over-blow, these harps will all over-blow for you. And I guarantee 100% Satisfaction. If you don’t like it, for any reason, I’ll buy it back from you. That’s what a Blue Moon harp is.

Hi all
After extensive tests I'm happy that i now can offer my Beta-harps 1847 in the key of Low Bb !
I offer this harp only in my 1847 X-tra version . This means that all reedslots are embossed ( full length), reed curves are optimized, gapping according the players style/wishes, triple tuning check ... which results in a very responsive harp, easy to bend and a beautiful sound.
The price for this harp is $ 155 ( € 115 fro EU citizens). It is more expensive because all reeds need more work than the " standard" X-tra 1847 harp .
The harp comes with cone shaped coverplates, to prevent the lower reeds from rattling against the coverplate. They are matted stainless steel covers with side-vents ( openings on both sides) as can be found on the 1847 Noble harp.
Delivery time after ordering/payment: 1 week !!

Technically is working PERFECT and I sell it with a Tuki cover & the original technical manual + 1 original patch cable + 1 brand new 5U4GB rectifier tube + 1 brand new matched pair of 6L6 Grove Tubes + 1 NOS 5751 preamp tube !
Has a TOTALLY UNIQUE combination of speakers(all WEBER - Made in USA): 1 x 12"(Alnico) , 1 x 10"(Alnico), 2 x 8"(1 Alnico + 1 Ceramic magnet). THIS A TRUE "WALL OF SOUND" !

Winter cleaning harp blowout: a real mix of stuff, sold in bulk by brand. A lot of nicer harps with Hetrick combs, most have been gapped to overblow 4/5/6 pretty easily. Cosmetically a mixed bag, some new looking stuff, some with scratched covers. Harps have been cleaned and disinfected. Most harps were gigged, some more than others, some harps were backups and hardly used at all.

Two very quick announcements.
I picked up a prototype aluminum Seydel comb this morning from my machine shop. Looks great. It is a green light to move forward with production. I will have them on Aluminum, Corian, Hogany and Fancy Acrylic - $29.95 each. And Brass - $42.95 each. They will be listed on my website as soon as I have them. I’ll make another announcement. This is an unfinished aluminum comb. It has been tumbled to remove burrs and chads and to smooth off rough edges but has not been anodized yet.

Special 20 Key of Low E - $75 shipped
I have two of these harps available. These are not custom harmoncias, and therefore, are not covered by any warranty. I have, though, flat sanded the draw plate, arced the reeds, and touched up the tuning so the octaves don't beat. If you hit the one draw hard, the reed will hit the coverplate just like with any low tuned Special 20.
