JP has recently put out a new beginner's video. Once again, he's teamed up with a young woman. (A blonde this time, not a dark and dazzling Mediterranean girl.) There's no question that a certain.....interest is created as he gently guides her through the process of cradling the instrument, forming her lips into the best possible embouchure, and extracting sounds from the thing. He's a gifted teacher, very comfortable in his zone; he's got his own style, and money can't buy that. I like the way he uses syllables to get the work done:
