Used to be that I would get up in the morning, pour myself a cup of coffee, turn on ESPN and read the sports section. Now I get my coffee, crank up some harp music on the PC and read harmonica forums. Is this normal? I would elaborate, but I gotta get busy in my shop building harps. Got some orders to fill.

Wow. I sure do recognize that.
Maybe we just get more out of music?
The industry of sports has taken off a lot of the shine for me. That may explain why I still keep up with College sports.
In Florida as well, btw.

I check my fantasy basketball team first. (I'm in first place.) But it is 7:42am and here I am at Dirty South!

Would this be the right place to mention Johnny Football for the H trophy?

"Would this be the right place to mention Johnny Football for the H trophy?"
Sure, if only to upset everything as much as possible (freshman).
Rick, was thinking about you earlier -I'm considering a Bassman RI to get a second & dependable big amp. I'm just looking for now but would appreciate a good summary of the upgrades.
fantasy b-ball? Can't imagine that, as much as I love basketball.

Tom, you have become a "parody of yourself" - keep your chin up, could be much worse...Getting up drinking cheap wine, cranking up some death metal music and reading the obituaries for entertainment purposes. Is that normal?

Tom, right, because Fl. is like a country. That would be great but I'm just south of Tallahassee so it's way far. I do get to St. Pete on business occasionally and being an inshore fish junkie gives me another reason to get down there.

Littoral, there is lots of stuff at my blog about the Bassman RI upgrade. Very good info too at Green Bullet Mics. Look for an early 90s model for around $500. Don't worry if it is ratty, that just gives it more mojo. Let me know when you get the amp; I'll be glad to help you get it right.

Some players prefer it as is! Try it before you start modding...

If you're still making it to work, there is not much cause for concern. You are either early stage 1 or merely have a mild case. But, just to be safe, you should limit your associations with the simarly afflicted if you ever even hope for any kind of recovery.
