Hello from Australia (new member) Hang on a minute, I am not a harmonica player but I do play some cigar box guitar slide blues. I recently bought a Presonus Studio One software to create backing for my dodgy songs. It sure would be nice to have some blues licks etc to overlay. Does anyone have any in downloadable MP3 form? In particular either a 12 bar routine or a small lick ideally in E or G
Hope to hear from you - Marcel

Welcome from a fellow Aussie. I guess you have tried the net for what you are after? I often go there and find great backing material available in any key you wish to name. I've never downloaded them however, I just make a tag for it and go back whenever I wish.

There's a link to some on this website, and try googling 'guitar centre king of the blues' - there are downloadable ones on that site.

www.backingtracks.com, www.guitarvoice.com, www.newbackingtracks.com, and I think www.harmonicaboogie.com I think you will find a few at these sites. I don't think you will find any harp playing on these.

Thanks for the replies guys, I have some homework tomorrow it seems. I have plenty of backing tracks but need some with harp on it, or ideally a harp break

Zero G Harmonica is the only sample library I've come across.
I'm sure if you uploaded some tracks to soundcloud you could get some forum members to overlay some harp.
