As a student of the harmonica I enjoy the challange that comes from learning a song that is beyond my curent level.
Growing and reaching for the next stage of development. But when I take off my "student hat", and play what I really enjoy. It is often the hard core driving rhythem
two beat stomp kind of stuff. Not nearly as hard as the last four bars of "blues with a feeling" for example.
I guess each has their place.One for growth and the other for enjoyment.
